If you make any written claim that the software infringes or contributes to infringement of any patent, your patent license for the software granted under these terms ends immediately. If your company makes such a claim, your patent license ends immediately for work on behalf of your company.

The hosted Paygate Payment Tester remains available under PolyForm Free Trial 1.0.0 or PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. Commercial use and self-hosting require an individual written Commercial License.
| Version | License |
|---|---|
| Up to and including v3.6.8 | MIT License supplied with those releases |
| v4.0.0 and later | PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 or PolyForm Free Trial 1.0.0 for eligible hosted use; Commercial License for commercial use and self-hosting |
PolyForm Free Trial is the default choice for the hosted app. Before use, the in-app dialog requires activation, import of an existing signed license file, or confirmation that the actual use meets the PolyForm Noncommercial terms. Commercial rights require a separate written agreement.
Every issued Commercial License includes a versioned, deployable ZIP package of the static application for installation on the licensee's own access-restricted HTTPS server. The written agreement defines covered versions, installations, users, term, customer use, modifications and redistribution. A customer-specific .paytest-license file is delivered separately from the generic deployment package.
The Commercial License does not promise repository access, development history, build tooling or an additional source package.
New Request and Response Log records store the selected license status, license ID and a masked Trial email. The full email address and activation token are not stored in logs. This technical label does not verify ownership of the submitted email or create additional rights.
To request commercial terms, contact the copyright holder through martin-krebs.eu.
The project license applies only to original application code for which the copyright holder can grant rights. Third-party libraries, trademarks, logos, fonts and other brand assets retain their own terms and are not covered by a Commercial License unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
This document is an operational overview and not a substitute for the applicable license text or an individually signed agreement.
This notice does not itself grant a license.
Commercial, production or service-provider use requires an individual written Commercial License issued by the copyright holder. It may be issued with or without a fee and identifies the holder, license ID, covered versions, permitted scope and term.
Every issued Commercial License includes a versioned, deployable ZIP package of the static application for self-hosting on the licensee's own access-restricted HTTPS server. The customer-specific .paytest-license file is delivered separately.
The issued agreement defines covered versions, installations, users, term, internal and customer use, modifications and redistribution. The written agreement controls if it conflicts with an application status.
The Commercial License does not promise repository access, development history, build tooling or an additional source package.
A Commercial License for original application code does not grant rights to third-party libraries, trademarks, logos, fonts, icons, product names or other brand assets unless the agreement expressly states otherwise.

The following typefaces are served from assets/fonts/ under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
js/vendor/qrcode.jsjs/vendor/chart.umd.min.jsjoseThe optional Nexi preview design uses official Nexi brand assets published by Nexi Group through its public brand-guidelines portal.
Nexi, the Nexi logo, Nexi Sans Pro, and related brand assets remain the property of their respective rights holders and are not licensed under the current project license, an earlier project license or a separate agreement for original project code. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or official approval of this application by Nexi Group.
No separate redistribution or open-source license was found in the downloaded logo, icon, or font packages. Public availability of these files must not be interpreted as permission to redistribute, sublicense, or use them outside the applicable Nexi brand guidelines. Their inclusion in a public release should be confirmed with the relevant rights holder before that release is distributed.
The Nexi design is an unofficial technical preview and must not be presented as an approved Nexi product or service.
The derived assets/payment-page/merchant-logo-nexi.png combines the official white Nexi logo with the application name for the optional Hosted Payment Page CustomField example. The same trademark and redistribution restrictions apply.
